December 6th

Today was a busy day for us. It started at 7am, and we had to wake Erin up at 730 (who normally sleeps in till 9ish). We had her at the babysitters by 745 (poor sitters! But they are great people) and we were off a class we had to take. We picked her up at 1245, and she was passed out in the truck before we got to the stop sign at the end of their street! After her long nap mommy and her went to Walmart and came home and made dinner. She almost burned her mouth on the lid to a pot when she tried to lick it, so no more stool in the kitchen while mommys cooking for her! She usually stands at the counter coloring, or sitting on the counter and helps me measure ingredients, stir, mix, ect. I love the mommy daughter bonding time. Its better then trying to chase her out every 5 seconds or trying to keep her from re-arranging my cupboards/drawers.
She only had 2 accidents in her panties today! (for those who dont know, shes been potty trained since Nov 1st). Oh, and she has mastered the art of stalling at bed time. She either freaks out that she has something up her nose- which we take very seriously since she is constantly putting stuff up there. Or she has to pee and wants to wash her hands. We have learned to check her nose close to bed time, and make sure to pee/wash hands before we get into our pj's with a diaper on.
Her newest words right now are "awwww" and "yay". She says "awww" in context for something good or bad. When she pees in her pants, gives hugs, drops something, or gives her babies kisses. She usually says "yay" when she uses the restroom. Even though she doesnt always pee, she still says "yay". Its funny!
